Research Analysts

Support deal sourcing, market analysis, and investment evaluation activities. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in private equity, M&A, and strategic advisory work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM or sourcing platforms, SQL and Tableau knowledge a preferred
  • Self-starter with high attention to detail and a collaborative mindset

Analysts

As an Analyst, you will play a central role in sourcing proprietary opportunities, conducting in-depth financial and operational analysis, and working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to support platform formation and strategic add-ons.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate development preferred

  • Strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment

  • Knowledge of SQL and Tableau preferred
Associates

Lead buy-side advisory mandates and strategic acquisition initiatives. This role is designed for professionals with foundational deal experience who are ready to take on greater ownership of live transactions, client relationships, and investment strategy execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus

  • 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or M&A advisory

  • Strong command of transaction structuring, financial modeling, and valuation techniques

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, lead processes, and drive execution

  • A strategic thinker with a bias for action, client-first mindset, and commitment to excellence
